1. Ownership
All content published on gtryp.com, including articles, photographs, illustrations, graphic design, layout, logos and other creative material, is protected by copyright. The copyright is owned by GTRYP LLC or, in the case of specific contributions, by the individual author or photographer, who has granted GTRYP a license to publish the work on the site.
2. Permitted use
You may view, print or download individual articles for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may share short quotations (up to two hundred words per article) for the purposes of commentary, criticism, review or news reporting, provided that you credit GTRYP and, where applicable, the individual contributor, and that you include a link to the original article.
Any other use, including reproduction of full articles, republication on another website, translation, commercial redistribution, or use of GTRYP photography, requires our prior written consent. Requests should be sent to editors@gtryp.com.
3. Reader submissions
When you send us photographs, place suggestions, or other submissions, you retain your own copyright but grant GTRYP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and adapt your submission in connection with the Services and our editorial work.
4. DMCA takedown notice
If you believe that content published on gtryp.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to editors@gtryp.com that includes: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing content on gtryp.com; (d) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (e) your physical or electronic signature. We will review the notice and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified content.
5. Counter notice
If your content has been removed as the result of a takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may send us a counter notice that includes your contact information, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or, if you live outside the United States, the district in which GTRYP LLC is located).
